Your company has great customer service, from beginning to end! Ashley, Gord, Nolan, Steve and Randy were attentive to every detail, every concern from the packing and unpacking process to the administrative details. They were attentive to every concern. I relaxed because I saw they were efficient, careful, courteous and competent. Not just competent–I would rather say superlative. Even though one piece of furniture had a leg broken in the process, I believed Gord when he told me he would have the company’s furniture repairman fix it and returned to me. It was such a good repair that I couldn’t even tell which leg had been broken! The furniture arrived in as good a shape as it left, to my satisfaction. But your crew were superbly coordinated and efficient, readily available, amiable, and were wonderful customer service reps for your company! Before your company, Santa Fe was the gold standard in moving, in our opinion. But since this move, your company has ec lipsed them and stand alone at the top!
