The sales rep Matt C. was very helpful in preparing and ensuring that my mattress in particular was stored flat as recommended by the manufacturer. The moving crew, Mitchell, Colin and Enver were very friendly and efficient. They took care in moving/wrapping all of my furniture and boxing the mattress. My items will be stored at the Taylor warehouse for approx. 8 months… it would be great if these same gentlemen were available to deliver my belongings to my new home next Spring. Thank you all for a worry-free move.
