Your guys were great, they really were. The way they came up with the plan to take everything to storage first, and even helped me to separate the items that would stay in storage and the items I needed to bring to my ex and the ones I needed to sell, and keep them to the front of the storage unit was awesome. Then the delivery to the apartment itself they worked quick. I just felt real bad because I ordered us some food, but the pizza shop took my credit card info wrong, so it didn’t go through. After we waited well over an hour I called them back to find this out. But by then, the guys were finishing up.
I’m still not moved in though, so most of the stuff is still packed. Eventually I’ll get to it then contact you for removal of the boxes. But again, your guys were truly awesome. Tell them thanks again from me.

Charlie and I would like to thank you very much for providing us with such good service in arranging our move to Cambridge, ON.
In particular we’d like you to know what a great job that Kyle Dewar, Derrick Outtrim and P.J. Davidson did for us. We have moved many times because of Charlie’s job transfers and also during our recent downsizing efforts. These three young men did an outstanding job!! Simply the best movers we have ever used over the years.
They were so pleasant and polite to deal with and took very good care with our things. We have never seen any of our previous movers work as diligently and with the speed that they did! They are a great team.
We hope Taylor Moving & Storage appreciate what excellent representatives the four of you are for their company. Our move went flawlessly. Many thanks to each of you.

I apologize for not providing feedback sooner, this move has been so hectic and I’m just now starting to catch up to normal life.
As hectic as its been I don’t know how I would’ve made it without the service that you and Taylor Moving Services provided.
Roxy Bisaillon of Taylor Moving was very pleasant to work with and she dispatched an excellent team to handle our move. The gentlemen that arrived at my house were just that, GENTLEMEN. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and careful. I’ve never witnessed work being done so efficiently without compromising safety and care. I will be sending a letter to their management soon and let them know how great they were.

Hi Roxy,
Just wanted you to know that everything was delivered yesterday (in the rain). The 3 guys that came were totally cooperative about the truck size and not pulling into my driveway and were very pleasant and efficient. They were only here a short time because of the number of boxes we had and they took many of the boxes away that we could quickly unpack. Jim and I will unpack the rest of the boxes and then deal with disposing of them. This will not be a problem and I will notify you if we find anything broken – which I doubt will be the case.
Thank you so much for all of your help and coordinating everything for both moves. It has been such a pleasure to deal with everyone at Taylor that winding up our moving lifestyle was easy and successful. I wish everyone there a very Merry Christmas and Happiness in the New Year. Especially you with the new little one that will be here soon. Best wishes for a happy healthy baby!

Hi Rick,
We recently hired Allied to do our move from Edmonton to Toronto after the initial company that we hired did not deliver our goods. Originally we hired Canadian Moving Lines (CML) to do our move and they came to pick up our things on Aug 19. After 1.5 months of delays, we still not receive our goods. Long story short, we kept being told our things were in transit only to find out that it never left Edmonton in the first place. It was supposed to arrive in one week after the date of pick-up. With false promises and more guarantees, we were just too frustrated and decided to hire Provincial Moving in Edmonton. Gary Saran (customer service rep) who was able to guarantee our delivery within a week. However given that there were issues with the truck that we were initially supposed to be on, they redirected us to Crescent Moving because they knew that we were in a rush to receive our goods, which put us in touch with Tony C. (the driver). We were extremely happy to hear that our goods were in transit and it arrived when they said it would arrive with no delays.
We received our goods within a week on Tuesday, October 1 and we were extremely happy with the whole process given our terrible experience with CML. Tony C. was very professional and curteous. He gave us a call 48 hours prior to the delivery date and assured me that our goods will arrive on the specified day and even understood the urgency of our situation because we were delayed for 1.5 months.
When Tony C. and James arrived on the day of delivery, they were on time which was another compliment. Our condo had some issues with the elevators being double-booked, but both Tony and James were polite and patient with the concierge while they sorted out the issue, even though security was not as friendly to them at times.
The move went smoothly and both Tony and James handled our goods with care, treating every box as if there were antiques/glass in them. Honestly, some of them were just a box of hangers, but they treated every box with care 🙂 Even our furniture pieces and mattress was well wrapped and handled with care. We were so impressed with the way they handled their customer, you could really tell that they take pride and priority in ensuring that the customer has a good experience. We didn’t feel that they were rushing to drop off our goods. They made sure we were completely satisfied and that we were not missing anything before they left. They were friendly, professional, and personable, and humorous too!
We were very impressed that Tony C. noticed every damage that was in our furniture and hardware that was missing (due to CML’s handling) and informed us as he dropped off each piece. We understand that this is part of a protocol that some moving companies follow, but his attention to detail was immaculate. He even noticed a stopper that was missing from one of the bed frames, which was a tiny piece of black plastic that he went down to his truck to look for. This is the level of service that one should expect from a reputable moving company, and I commend you and your team for such a great moving experience from the start to finish. Everything was tagged and cross-referenced to ensure there was nothing missing.
Tony and James definitely set the bar high for the moving industry. If every mover was like them, we would never have bad experiences or horror stories with moving companies. It wouldn’t hurt to even pair up new employees with these two just to have them shadow their duties, almost like the train-the-trainer model. I think these two would be very good in teaching and training new employees.
We would really like Tony and James to be recognized and appreciated in the company so please pass this information along to the Manager to make him/her aware of their stellar performance. As a result of our experience, we will recommend Taylor Moving/Allied to all of our friends and family.
We will be moving again in the next couple of years, and we will most certainly use Taylor Moving to fulfill our moving needs then as well. Thank you for such a pleasant experience and we hope that you continue to raise the bar and set the standard for moving companies. Well done!
