Hi Debbie,
I just wanted to send over a quick note letting you know what a pleasure it was working with you and your staff on the Canadian end of our move. During such a hectic time I felt very at ease and comfortable with all of the staff that entered our home. Enver and Ralph did a wonderful job packing, especially highlighting Enver taking time to explain things to me and what to ask the loaders when they arrive, he is a gem. The loaders were also excellent! Sean, Randy and Mitch were efficient and went above and beyond, helping me strap down a cargo carrier to my mothers vehicle. They were so considerate and if it is possible to request them on the way down to Kentucky I would love that when the time comes.
I will be in touch with delivery dates! Again, thank you so much! You have made this stressful situation a rather enjoyable one.

WE HAD A DELIGHTFUL YOUNG MAN DELIVER OUR SHIPMENT YESTERDAY. EVERYTHING ARRIVED AND SO NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. THE THINGS I’VE UNPACKED, SO FAR NOTHING BROKEN AND ALL AS I HAD PACKED. WE WERE PLEASED THAT THE DELIVERY MADE AS QUICKLY AS IT DID CONSIDERING THE HAZARDOUS WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS.

Hi Debbie,
Yes, I’ve had a great Christmas holiday so far. I am still on holidays until after New Years, so It’s been a nice long break.
I am very happy with the service provided by Taylor Moving, right from the first point of contact through completion. Here are some specific things that I appreciated:
· Taylor was able to provide an estimate based on photos that I provided. As I was already in Calgary, providing the estimate from photos was far more convenient for me rather than having to arrange for someone in Pitt Meadows to meet with the estimator.
· Taylor kept in contact with me regularly over the sale period of the Pitt Meadows townhouse. Because the unit had not yet sold, the moving date was undetermined and Taylor kept checking with me until the townhouse was sold and a date was fixed. This ensured that Taylor had the latest information so that they would be able to respond as needed.
· Taylor was able to respond with the requested packing and loading dates, even though they were only given a few days notice.
· The packers arrived when they said they would, were very courteous and friendly, and finished when they said they would. I was moving various items to another location and the packers were very accommodating in working around these exceptions.
· The loaders arrived when they said they would, were very courteous and friendly, and finished when they said they would. I discussed two options for delivery with the driver and he was very willing to accommodate either option.
· The Tippet Richardson crew were very careful with my items, were courteous and friendly and finished the work very quickly.
· Taylor kept in touch with me throughout the entire move. I was never left without information or felt “out of the loop”. I had many questions along the way and Taylor responded to these questions quickly and provided clear, helpful answers.

I had a great experience. Liked the packing company especially, Meldrum or their subcontractors.
Truck arrived on time in Houston. Unloading was efficient.

Just starting to get settled in after a pretty hectic week. I’m not sure what I would have done or how the move would have gone without Taylor. It was so great. The guys were awesome and absolute machines! They worked really hard and got the job done, especially Ricardo and Derek. I can’t believe how fast they moved us in and how well the unpacking went as well. I would definitely use Taylor again!
