Hi Paul and Roxy,
I wanted to reach out to you regarding my move from Toronto to Guelph last weekend. I don’t recall the names of my movers but I wanted to let you know that I had amazing service. The guys were polite, friendly, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. They never complained and were courteous to my neighbours and superintendent both in my old building and my new one. I would highly recommend these movers!

Just wanted to give you some feedback on the moving company that coordinated my move. They were fantastic!
Karen, who did all the coordinating was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The move surveyor, Sybil, was really nice and efficient. The movers, Don and Roger were really great guys. They were friendly and efficient.
I think they’re a great company to have partnered with.

Everybody that I have interfaced so far is respectful, professional, and considerate. Uprooting oneself from one place to move to an unfamiliar place is already by itself a stressful undertaking! Worrying about the logistics of relocation is the least the I want. And you guys made that possible, starting with you Karen, then the surveyor, the team that did the packing, the team that did the loading, the driver of the trailer, the person that loaded the car, the person that delivered the car, all the people that called to arrange the schedules… Some even extended an extra mile to ensure my convenience. The attention to details of everyone gave me peace of mind because I know that my stuffs are in good hands. And I like the constant follow up and feedback so I wasn’t left wondering what is going on! Lastly for now, I gotta mention this. There was one occasion, and I got to tell you that I was offended. For the first time in my life, somebody, a guy from Taylor Moving… Refused to accept a tip from a happy customer! LOL!

Dear Russ,
I want to thank you and your team at Taylor Moving for looking after my move on March 24th. The three man crew of Kevin, Dan & Blaine were on time, very courteous as well as hard working. Kevin kept asking if there was anything I needed them to do just ask. As it turned out there were a number of things outside of the ordinary that the crew stepped up and got it done. They even loaded a washer & dryer into a jeep Cherokee from their truck at the new house.
The night before the move we had about 6” of snow so I was expecting a big mess at the old house once they were done. The Taylor Moving team took extra care to ensure the floors were well covered so as not to make a mess. They did such a good job the new owners thanked us for leaving the house so clean. The crew removed the household contents floor by floor taking extra precaution with some of my prized possessions in particular my ornate one of a kind dinning room fixture. At the new house they were very meticulous about placing area carpets, furniture and beds in the right place which in the end takes a lot stress out of the move.
I have moved many times before using what appeared to be reputable firms to carry out the work but none of them measure up to the quality of service provided by Taylor Moving. I would strongly recommend Taylor Moving to anyone looking for a great moving experience.
