Debbie was the best thing to happen to us in the past six months of selling and buying a replacement home in our plan to downsize. We had so many weird and stressful situations happen throughout, with seven changes in closing dates, all from the other side, in both our sale and purchase, and all happening so stressfully at the last minute. All these stressful issues where we had to change move dates and not having firm move dates were dealt with by Debbie in the most professional and reduction of stress to us as could we could possibly believe. She is unbelievable and I would recommend her to anyone to obtain a Taylor move estimate and then to accept the quote and have Debbie as the move coordinator. Debbie makes Taylor look like the most professional moving available. We can’t thank her enough nor give her the tremendous amount of praise that she deserves. Further, the crew that we had working on our move with Matt as the crew chief, were also unbelievable. They were always polite, professional, worked quickly and everyone knew his job and carried it out with absolutely no issues of any kind. Like Debbie, we can’t thank them enough for making our move easy and with only minimal stress and must say they deserve greater praise than we can put into words. Thank you Debbie, our moving crew and Taylor Moving for doing a tremendous job for us.

I am left speechless by Taylor Moving and the 4 amazing guys assigned to our move! I don’t think anyone can totally understand or appreciate the logistics of a move like this until they’ve lived it. I had NO idea how this was going to go but anticipated utter chaos and stress! It couldn’t be further from the truth. These men have worked like a well-oiled machine packing, organizing and answering ALL of my concerns with “NO problem, we’ll look after it!”
The team has completed the packing today. Tomorrow they will load the truck and head for Kentucky on Sunday as I understand it.
I can’t say enough about your kindness and patience through all of this, Kim. Thanks again, Roxanne, for making the connection and putting ME in charge…NOT Kevin 🙂 LOL Kevin and I sincerely appreciate the way Taylor have looked after us!

I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received from the staff and crew of Taylor’s! Deb was so friendly and knowledgeable and gave me great tips to help me prepare for the move. The crew (Matt, Juan and Brandon) were such a great bunch of friendly, very hardworking guys. Your company was recommended to me and can now understand why…. I would highly recommend Taylor to anyone that asks for a recommendation!

I was extremely happy with my moving coordinator, Mark Hargreaves. We met and he was wonderful. We set up the day, a mere week in advance….(excellent). I was allocated a medium sized truck JUST FOR ME. How great was that? Sooo, I received same day service…WOW. I felt very “VIP” and “special”. My things arrived unscathed and the gentlemen who were in charge of my belongings did a super job. They placed my things in their spots. I had to leave for a few mins and they knew what rooms were what and even asked if some items were going into a particular room. (I smiled…they were fabulous)…yup…TJ and Brandon were efficient and made for great company on my otherwise stressful day. Yes I would recommend Taylor Moving & Storage wholeheartedly. Some things did go awry but I won’t let that spoil the overall feel of having my precious things finally arrive home. Thank you, Mark…TJ….and Brandon…great job….full marks “from a very particular person” ME.

Excellent service on all levels, from the initial meeting and cost estimate given, to the packing and finally the move. On individuals packing were very experienced and professional, top notch. The movers arrived right on time, loaded and unloaded without incident, again very professional and excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend Taylor Moving to friends and colleagues.
