Each move has many key pieces of information associated with it. If a key detail in the process is missed it can lead to poor performance.
Taylor has recognized this and is about to embark on a large scale investment to streamline our process.
Using cloud based software we will be able to collect all documents, instructions and email associated with the individual move in one key file. As this is cloud based, everyone that has a "touch point" with the move from the salesperson, co-ordinators, dispatchors,administration and management will be able to instantly access the move data. Imagine, no more having to look up paper based files!
This investment will assist us in improving our systems which we feel will really benefit our service and allow us to be much more productive.
