Good Morning Roxy:
Hope all is well with you on this Sunday morning and your week-end has been a pleasant one. Weather has been great here in Granisle, mild and new additional snow accumulations for the past week.
Rick Skinner and his team arrived yesterday morning at 08:30 HRS and the final off load of all the items was completed by late afternoon. The timing was perfect because I was home all day and was able to assist in moving and placing items. Rick and his team were absolutely great, these gentleman went above the call of duty to ensure we were accommodated and their attention to detail was awesome. We were very impressed on how careful they were in placing the items and moving items through narrow openings to ensure there was no damage. Rick is an excellent communicator and as they were loading in Pickle Lake and during the trip, he called several times to provide updates, which is very much appreciated.
I would highly recommend your company to perspective clients, the level of professionalism from your level of coordinating the relocation to your frontline transportation personnel is number one. Once again Roxy, Thank You for all your consideration and understanding, it was truly a pleasure interacting with you and your team during this relocation process.
