Hi, We moved Friday/Saturday and used Taylor as our moving company. The four guys that moved us were absolutely phenomenal. They made our move easy, and considerably less stressful. They were professional, helpful, and absolutely wonderful. I would not hesitate to use Taylor again and I have already told SEVERAL of my colleagues to use Taylor if they ever move. Thank you so much for delivering such excellent customer service. Honestly, the men that moved us could not have been better; I didn’t want them to leave!

Over the fall, we have used your company several times and each time everyone has been outstanding…..right from Matt our salesperson who had answers for my endless questions…..the crew who packed all our belongings and then moved them safely to our various locations…all were super helpful and careful with our belongings….nothing was broken or damaged….we have some very old antiques, etc. And again no damage. The last crew Matt and Dennis went out of their way to make sure our bed was put up properly…and it was very challenging… Your office staff was also great….we needed a local Ottawa mover to move an office and they recommended Tippett Richardson who were accommodating in setting up a date between Christmas and New Year….we’ll see if they are as good as Taylor Moving…they have big shoes to fill..you’re a tough act to follow. We would recommend your company to anyone in the market for moving services. Thank you again for fantastic service and reasonable prices

This move was for my Dad…from his condo into a retirement home. Dave, Derek and Isaiah were fabulous! Matt, our coordinator, was a pleasure to deal with….and dead on on his quote. I will most certainly recommend and use Taylor again. Many thanks
