I think that all too often we don’t hesitate to ‘speak up’ when we have had a dissatisfying or negative experience, so it gives me great pleasure to take five minutes and tell you about the very positive moving experience I had with your Company, more specifically, with Mr. Rick Skinner.
I was very fortunate in that Rick Skinner provided ‘door to door’ pick up and delivery of my furniture and effects, as my entire household arrived at destination in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Moreover, Rick Skinner treated my belongings as though they were his own and his considerable personal effort was noteworthy. In my 30+ years of uniformed service I have had numerous cross-Country/international moves, and sadly they were not all positive experiences. This move was hands down the best move I’ve ever had, and I attribute much of this credit for this to Rick Skinner, whose patience and attention to detail ensured that my house was set up just the way my wife and I wanted.
I’ve often felt rushed by drivers, and made to feel like my move was an inconvenience to them, but Rick did not do that – he was patient and didn’t conclude the job until I was 100% satisfied – his efforts went ‘above and beyond’ the call of duty.
Please pass on my sincerest thanks to Rick – I hope my next move goes as smoothly as this one!
