I just want to send you an email to say Thank You for sending your best packing team of Randy and Kevin! They arrived bang on time and I discovered that they had driven from Burlington! I thought that Reids in Peterborough was handling the move. Your crew did ask if they were still in Ontario when they arrived! Yes, it takes 4 days to get out of Ontario – did that driving west last August!
Randy and Kevin were amazing! This is the first move for me in 28 years and there was so much stuff I had. They advised me to pare down as much as I could and I took their advice. The house was in kaos when they arrived – it now looks as orderly kaos but everything is in boxes and ready for the movers.
This is the first time I have dealt with a relocation company and I will definitely let Brookfield know how pleased I am with the service that Taylor has provided. Please let Chris Richards know how happy I was to have these two gentlemen at my house to pack during a VERY stressful day.
