Hi Debbie,
The guys showed up exactly as planned and spent all day unloading Saturday.
The unpacking went well – always tough when you don’t know exactly where everything fits but overall it went well.
Gord and Nolan are great guys – they pointed out things they noticed and we felt very comfortable with them; as having people you don’t know in your house isn’t easy.
Val has spent the day unpacking and cleaning so when I get home tonight I will see what she has to add.
Fingers crossed the truck and suv go smooth.

My feedback on the move process was very positive. The team that assisted with booking the moving and pricing out the options were very helpful and accommodating of all the changes and options we went through.
Russ and his assistant were fantastic on moving day. Arrived on time, set up floor protectors and packed my items with care and skill. They also provided friendly conversation throughout and even went so far as to leave a single chair for me to sit on until they were through the moving process.
At customs, I felt I had all the potential paperwork I could need and the entire process was quick and easy.
On the unload side, the team moved quickly and packed my storage locker in a way that I felt my items would be securely stored.
The whole process was great and I would recommend Taylor Moving in future.

We were both very pleased and happy with the service we received from Matt and Dave. They were professional, polite and very respectful of our belongings! They were both very capable of moving heavy objects and placing into our new home exactly where we wanted them – even it is was in the upstairs loft! They arrived at the destination on time, were efficient and careful with the furniture they had to move, overcame a minor problem with the oversized desk, and placed everything properly at the new destination. Good morning. I apologize for being so late in sending you this email. On October 2nd our belongings were moved from storage at your facility to our new place on Parkhaven Blvd. in Oakville. The reason for this note is to let you know how pleased we were with the three young men who were responsible for the move. Rob, Ricardo and Mitch were delightful. Although, unfortunately for them, it is a three storey townhouse with a lot of stairs, they were happy to move anything to where I thought it belonged. Then when I realized a piece of furniture was not going to fit, they moved it to where it needed to go. Moving is stressful no matter what and your staff (including everyone in the office) certainly know how to alleviate a big part of that stress. No wonder Taylor Moving has such a great reputation!

Taylor Moving surpassed all of our expectations, we have one word to describe your company OUTSTANDING! From yourself coming out to meet with us and keeping in touch with us throughout and including a follow up call afterwards to your fabulous very hard working moving crew who at a continuous quick pace made it look so easy (PLEASE ensure all three of them get recognition, sorry can’t recall the driver in charge name who was a true leader but his helpers were Cole & Kieran). This part of the move was the least stressful for us THANK YOU!
We have already shared our great experience with our family & friends, that’s there is no better way to go than hiring you guys.

Good day Jamie, sorry took so long to reply, as you can guess we have been very busy.
Kathi and I cannot say enough positive things about Taylor Moving, our move was seamless and went off without any Issues.
