I wanted to drop you a note to let you know how impressed I am of you and the guys that did the packing and moving for us. The entire experience from our initial meeting to the last box placed in our new house was just first class. The guys worked extremely hard and we really appreciated the good natured attitudes they all showed and the care they took with our belongings.

Also, I’d like to comment on the service received by the Taylor team. We were very impressed with the service by the entire team – you following up to make sure everything went as planned, to the packers who worked very quickly and efficiently to the load crew today – 3 guys with great attitudes and customer service who went full speed all day. We’re very appreciative of everything and everyone we interacted with. We would most certainly recommend Taylor to anyone wanting a worry-free move.

I just wanted to send a quick note to say what a great experience my move was.
From start to finish the team you guys sent was incredible. They were extremely hard working, professional, and friendly. From the packers, the movers, and the unpackers, each team member took care to protect each item we moved, and treat all of our stuff as if it was their own!
As I said before, all of the teams were extremely hard working, (in fact, I was tired just watching them!) and really went the extra mile.
The packers made sure that we had adequate additional boxes for transporting perishables/paint etc. The movers made sure to place furniture etc exactly where we wanted it. The unpackers made sure they didn’t leave so much as a scrap of tape left behind.
Oh! I almost forgot, getting a call each day to confirm the timing for the following morning was great as well! It’s nice to know everything is going according to plan!
Once again, I can’t say enough about how pleased I am! I’ll definitely be recommending Taylor to anyone I know who is moving.

Good Morning Rick: Thank you for arranging my move this past weekend. The team you sent did the job quickly and efficiently. They made sure that all my furniture was where I wanted it before they left. They made what could have been a nightmarishly stressful day much easier – and as I was running on empty emotionally and physically by that point it was greatly appreciated.
