Good morning John!
WOW! Jimmy and his team of fantastic guys arrived sharp at noon yesterday and had that truck off loaded and repositioned in the house without a hitch! We were stunned at how quickly and efficiently they worked, actually both at the removal on October 3rd and yesterdays return.
Many thanks to Taylor for the wonderful service! Our basement renovation couldn’t have happened so efficiently without you!

Last Thursday & Friday your folks moved us from Rockwood ON to Burlington ON. During our 45 years of marriage we have engaged inter city movers 11 times (mostly company moves) and this recent experience was the best of all.
Starting with consultant Kingsley Cole, then continuing on with crew chief Enver Thaqi and his packing crew and his loading/unloading crew, the overall service was exceptional.
In my opinion Taylor Moving is very well served by these folks.

I was really pleased with the entire move. The guys were really great, they arrived on time and worked really quickly both in London and in Fairlawn. They were really organized and helpful with making the move run as smooth as possible.

We would like to thank all of you for such a great experience.
-sales visit/estimate (John – I think) friendly, efficient, accurate, followed up to confirm quickly
-coordination (Darren): He really helped us when we had some difficulties with a delayed closing that was out of our control. I had to call him at least three times the day before our move to make new arrangements, and each time he was patient, flexible, got back to us quickly and worked with us on a solution.
The movers: I didn’t catch their names but these three young gentlemen were fantastic! Words that come to mind to describe the level of service they provided are – polite, very well mannered, punctual, friendly, efficient, helpful, accommodating, refreshing, fun. They were an absolute dream.
We were incredibly impressed with our move with Taylor and we will definitely share this with those we know.
This was an unexpectedly difficult transition for us, given the late closing and the domino effect that caused with planning. And then the move itself was amazing. What a wonderful contrast.
