We just moved on Friday and we used you guys for the move.
I wanted to write because the team who was with us (Kevin, Chris and Stefan)- sorry if I didn’t spell those correctly- were amazing.
From start to finish it was clear that Kevin had everything under control and I had nothing to worry about.
Everything was put away where I needed it to go and nothing broken or damaged!
I think in this day and age people are always quick to send in their complaints so I wanted to take the time to give credit where it’s due.

We were impressed with all aspects of the move: from the assessment, to the co-ordination and status updates, and of course, the actual move itself. The movers were punctual, extremely careful and professional. After using your company, we don’t think we can ever go back to moving ourselves again!

I just wanted to let you know that our move to Toronto went very well, thanks to the excellent work of Taylor, and specifically the two drivers of the Taylor trucks, Russ and Stuart, who handled our move on both sides of the border. Russ and Stuart were fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about them. They made the move so much easier for us. They both had a very positive, can-do attitude throughout. They worked extremely hard, and made a stressful situation much easier for us. They were both extremely polite and intelligent — and always showed good cheer under pressure. I have made several large-scale moves – including international – in my life and I can confidently say that I have never had a better move team than that lead by Russ and Stuart. I should add that the two young men who helped them unload the trucks on move-in day were also both very polite, intelligent and helpful.
Debbie, I owe you a special thank you for your hard work and helpfulness throughout the process, answering all of my questions so cheerfully and helping to smooth the way for a successful cross-border experience. You were always so patient, articulate and reassuring whenever we spoke. You provided all the paperwork I needed plus lots of guidance about customs, etc. Thanks to all of you at Taylor.

My feedback is nothing but good. The movers were always on time, you were very flexible with me and my constantly changing plans, no furniture was damaged, the movers arranged to have the elevators protected before entering. It all went very smoothly and I would definitely use Taylor’s services again!
