Thank you for following up with me.
Overall, the service was great. I would like to specifically thank the guys on the ground, Kevin and Shane. From the initial pickup a few weeks ago, to the final delivery today, they were helpful and accommodating. Even in the uncooperative weather conditions today, and constant traffic/roadwork, they were always happy to be doing what they can for me. They were efficient and fast-acting, offering any help they could. If most of your movers are comparable to them, then I think you have great team in front of you, and should cherish that.

I had to write and commend the three lads who helped us move last Friday, Matt, Matt and Shane. From the moment they arrived (on time!), and Shane told me to ” relax, we are here to make your move go smoothly and troublefree”, they were fantastic, polite, respectful of our furniture, careful, and quick – nothing was too much trouble for them, and they did indeed make the move very easy for us. All three of them are a credit to your Company, and no question we will be happy to recommend Taylor to anyone who is making a move in the future. Well done, and thank you for great service.

Hi all!
Just want to let you know that the last two days were executed flawlessly!
The movers were phenomenal….the gentlemen who came to crate the tv were great….and my welcome at the temp living accommodations was excellent. Two jam packed days, but made a little lighter by the great people I had the privilege of working with.
Roxy – I wanted to find out if there was any possible way that Sean and Blaine could be the team who would also deliver my goods. They were so great to work with, and especially being that it’s just me, it is so meaningful to me (and my father!) that the guys who come to help me are those that I trust. Their attention to detail and doing everything to make things easy for me on this end and ultimately in Toronto meant the world to me. I understand that you absolutely need flexibility in running the operations and scheduling your teams, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask!

The move went really well, thank you very much! I wanted to mention that the two movers, Mike and Shane were extremely professional, polite and both tireless workers. If you would pass on my comments to their supervisor/manager I would very much appreciate it. Sean Folley was also extremely helpful, particularly when it came to helping me with paperwork to clear my car through customs, something I believe he did above and beyond what his job requires of him.
Everything seems to be in working order although there was one leather chair with wooden legs that does have a chip in the side now. I’d appreciate insurance claim details for that issue.
Please pass my thanks along as well. It’s nice to know our transferees are in such capable hands!

Well we survived our move on Saturday and it actually was much easier than what we expected! This was all due to Matt and his team. Matt, Howard and the other gentleman (whose name escapes me at the moment) were nothing short of unbelieveable. They were quick, clean, careful, pleasant and just couldn’t do enough for us!!! I have never encountered happy movers before, these gentleman stayed cheerful to the very end. Even after moving some incredibly heavy pieces for us they still had their smiling, winning attitude! And best of all, not even one tiny piece of damage
Please pass along our sincere thanks to the team! We will certainly recommend Taylor Moving to everyone who asks in my store about movers. You have also been extremely helpful and much appreciated.

I just wanted to send along a note (overdue) on how fabulous you all are there and how great the move was! I couldn’t have had better service or great bunch of guys!
In all the years I’ve helped family and friends and moving myself, I have never realized how smooth and organized a move could be, and greatly appreciate it!

John, I am remiss in not sending this email sooner, but unpacking is just as overwhelming as packing!
Although I have moved many times, this was the first time I had ever hired a moving company. Friends had told me their horror stories and I was very worried. However, from the first moment I met you, my confidence climbed. You were the only rep who insisted on visiting my place before giving an estimate. You were very understanding of my fears and you responded promptly and clearly to my emailed concerns.
Your moving team were excellent; personable, efficient, hardworking and took great care of my belongings. Their names are Saul, Dylan and Kellen. I cannot say enough good things about these young men and I would appreciate it if you could pass along my comments to their supervisor.
I sincerely hope I won’t be moving again anytime soon, but when I eventually do, it will definitely be Taylor Moving I will be calling. No horror stories to pass on to my friends; just kudos for Taylor Moving.
