Hi King,
Well we survived our move on Saturday and it actually was much easier than what we expected! This was all due to Matt and his team. Matt, Howard and the other gentleman (whose name escapes me at the moment) were nothing short of unbelieveable. They were quick, clean, careful, pleasant and just couldn’t do enough for us!!! I have never encountered happy movers before, these gentleman stayed cheerful to the very end. Even after moving some incredibly heavy pieces for us they still had their smiling, winning attitude! And best of all, not even one tiny piece of damage
Please pass along our sincere thanks to the team! We will certainly recommend Taylor Moving to everyone who asks in my store about movers. You have also been extremely helpful and much appreciated.

I just wanted to send along a note (overdue) on how fabulous you all are there and how great the move was! I couldn’t have had better service or great bunch of guys!
In all the years I’ve helped family and friends and moving myself, I have never realized how smooth and organized a move could be, and greatly appreciate it!

John, I am remiss in not sending this email sooner, but unpacking is just as overwhelming as packing!
Although I have moved many times, this was the first time I had ever hired a moving company. Friends had told me their horror stories and I was very worried. However, from the first moment I met you, my confidence climbed. You were the only rep who insisted on visiting my place before giving an estimate. You were very understanding of my fears and you responded promptly and clearly to my emailed concerns.
Your moving team were excellent; personable, efficient, hardworking and took great care of my belongings. Their names are Saul, Dylan and Kellen. I cannot say enough good things about these young men and I would appreciate it if you could pass along my comments to their supervisor.
I sincerely hope I won’t be moving again anytime soon, but when I eventually do, it will definitely be Taylor Moving I will be calling. No horror stories to pass on to my friends; just kudos for Taylor Moving.

Just want to let you know that the guys were great on Saturday. They worked like well oiled machines. They were considerate of our things, polite, professional and very efficient. Very pleased, would recommend Taylor anytime. We will update you as to when we want our things delivered to the new house.

I would like to recognize the outstanding team that we had working with us on our move from Ancaster to Hamilton. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, energy and positive attitude throughout the course of a very long day. The team was literally “running” from start to finish of the job and I was impressed by their continued energy despite having to move heavy furniture up 3 flights of stairs to the top of the home that we moved into. All 3 team members helped to make our moving experience positive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Taylor to friends of family considering a move. Thank you.

…to John Alaimo for providing such excellent service, as usual. John has helped me move numerous times over the past14-20 years and I was praying that he had not retired when I called in Februaryof this year to arrrange a move for the end of March. He was a delight to deal with and the crew that helped us move were Fabulous—Shane Goodale and his helpers— Chris and Daryl (?—can’t remember the exact name–we were exhausted from being up 48 hours–packing and getting ready!). When we get out of storage, we would love to request their help again.

They we so fast, and they literally were running after dropping off an item to get back to the truck for the next piece. They were also very friendly and accommodating. I just wanted to drop a note to say that was the best $819 I’ve spent in years! I thought the guys were quick, efficient, polite and worth every penny. They showed up on time and got everything safely to my new home in one piece. When in doubt about where I wanted something, they asked and they made sure everything was where I wanted it before they left the house. I was very impressed with how quickly they brought something to my attention when they saw it was broken when they got it on the truck. It was already like that before they arrived, but I was thrilled they brought it to my attention rather than hiding it. I felt very safe having them move my things and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great moving company in the future.
