Julie, everything was great. Rick and his team(s) did a stellar job at both ends. Our new house had been freshly painted from top to bottom and even with some large pieces of furniture and narrow stairs, no damage beyond the expected smudges.
One thing that I really appreciated about Rick was his unflappability. No matter what happened, he was calm and always had great solutions. He is positive and he and his team worked incredibly hard to first load in Toronto and unload in Vancouver.
My husband and I always felt 110% confident that Rick was in control and was going to deliver on his commitments. He and his team took care in handling our possessions, something you don’t always see with movers.
At this stage in the unpacking I hope we never move again but if we do, I would definitely use Rick again. And we will recommend him to our colleagues and friends.

I do apologize I have not taken a moment to thank Taylor and more important yourself for managing my household move from Windsor to Saskatoon. You responded to my concerns and put me at ease from the very beginning. You understood the stress of trying to manage the move from a distance and having to rely on family. My daughter found the packing team great to work with and my sisters very much enjoyed working with the team loading the truck in Windsor. Everything arrived here and the unloading team was great helping me set up beds and things that would have taken forever to do by myself. Again I thank you for your assistance.

Everything about my moving experience was outstanding. The movers were extremely quick and hardworking, professional, and very friendly. This is the third moving company I’ve had the opportunity to work with. The friendly while professional attitude really sets Taylor apart.
My mom was with the movers on the origin end and she was impressed. She kept commenting about how they were running the entire time. She wanted me to let you know that everybody was fantastic and to thank you.
I will be very happy to refer Taylor to anyone I know who is moving. In fact, my new neighboors across the street are moving and my mom already gave Taylor an excellent recommendation.

I just wanted to thank you and your team for a wonderful move. My husband and I have moved many times for our company and are old hats at this, but this was our best move yet! Everyone was very professional, efficient and best of all, not a single thing was broken or damaged in the least!
We had a 4 month old, a dog and a cat, moved from Vancouver to St John’s and I think this was our easiest move. From the packers to the driver to the moving crew, we had a great experience. Kudos to your team and many many thanks!
