Good morning Rick and Russ:
When we decided to move, we obtained three quotes. John Alaimo came to our home and followed up with a quote for moving and storage. We went back to John with questions which were answered promptly and in a straightforward manner. Our plans changed regarding storage and back we went to John for a revised quote. Again, information was clear and timely. Picking Taylor was easy. A company with a good reputation and no hidden costs. We felt confident that Taylor was the company to handle our move and that confidence and trust was justified.
The crew on Friday December 9 was Ed. Addam and Blaine. They worked hard and they worked smart! Everything was done methodically. They offered helpful suggestions along the way. Addam asked if we had removed the glass plate from the Microwave – we had not! A small example, however, it illustrates the attention to detail. On Saturday December 10 we had Addam, Blaine and Kevin. Again, a really good day with no issues. Access to our new location was challenging but they made it work. They were careful to place the truck so as to minimize inconvenience to our new neighbours.
We are not totally unpacked yet but can tell you that our furniture and what we have unpacked is in perfect condition.
I suppose everyone says they will never move again, however, if we do,we will definitely use Taylor. We would have no hesitation recommending your company. In fact our daughter intends moving in about 12 months and will be asking for a quote.

We were made aware of TAYLOR moving through close friends who have used Taylor many times. With every contact we were impressed that nothing was to much trouble for the friendly and accommodating staff. They seem aware of the stress and emotion of moving peoples lives and we were very grateful for their professional and hard working manner. I would request Kevin Lefebvre and his crew for the move FROM storage when that time comes.They worked so hard yet carefully handling what was one of the heaviest loads of furniture they have moved. Thank you Taylor staff and a Happy New Year to you all .

> On Saturday, Troy, Mike, and Adam came and loaded the truck for the 2 separate moves – one on Saturday and the second up to Orillia on Monday. They were great and worked well as a team. Troy ensured everything went very smoothly, efficiently and professionally, including ironing out the mix-up of info from dispatch that Saturday morning – ie wrong move date and wrong move location for the first move, and sending only one truck and one crew. Nonetheless, no complaints from the crew and Troy’s assurances all around ensured for a very successful and smooth load up and completion of the first move on Saturday – a professional team.

To comment briefly for lack of time at present: Yesterday’s move surpassed our expectations. This is a large move – going a great distance. The men provided were fantastic, hard-working, happy bright and pleasant. The driver Mike a young man that would put most older men to shame with his determination, professionalism, maturity, innovative can do attitude, kind courteous and respectful. Let alone his people skills and moving skills he is a fantastic truck driver showing respect and care for the truck. His driving ability and handling of the truck surpasses many veteran truck drivers. Shaun and Graham were great guys who added a fun and happy element to stressful time. Mike was an organized and powerhouse of a worker. These 3 men were careful with our items and worked extremely hard. All of our items were handled with care and respect even when the men were seemingly exhausted and rightfully so after a very long day they continued to be happy, friendly and pay close detailed attention right to the end. Thanks so much!

I want to thank you for a very successful move……again. I mentioned to you that I’ve used Taylor 4 times now. Your guys are always excellent, professional, extremely pleasant & courteous to deal with. Matt, Troy & George were all fantastic….they worked their tails off.
The crews never get enough acknowledgement for a great job. Please pass my email to their boss/supervisor. Good guys like these always deserve a pat on the back……and a raise!!!
Keep up the great work & I will always continue to recommend Taylor to anyone I know planning a move.
